Some of those are much lower impact, and may be easier to find than a pool. Rest well, heal quickly!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03359647783157414725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-552294020826574439.post-90661368537450720722013-04-17T16:41:44.035-07:002013-04-17T16:41:44.035-07:00I am so sorry to hear about your ankle. I know ho...I am so sorry to hear about your ankle. I know how much you were looking forward to the Flying Pig. I know the events of Monday make all of our aches and pain seem insignificant but when running/exercise is a large part of your life, it is still hard to deal with. Hope you heal soon!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-552294020826574439.post-79303468552696877802013-04-17T11:40:04.835-07:002013-04-17T11:40:04.835-07:00I am so heartbroken over what happened, but you...I am so heartbroken over what happened, but you're right, it's amazing to see what a powerful community we really are. I hate that you're going through your own tragedy too. I'm glad you got that scan, but I know it must be SO hard to think about what you would be doing right now! But like Boston, you'll come back stronger than ever! :)From Ice Cream to Marathonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05911974408263254818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-552294020826574439.post-971303735189383062013-04-16T11:30:41.450-07:002013-04-16T11:30:41.450-07:00What happened in Boston is truly said. Speaking of...What happened in Boston is truly said. Speaking off attacks on the running community. I was on the bus during the Toronto Scotiabank marathon and this women was swearing at runners because roads had to be blocked that day... like really. Why hate?

Man sucks to hear about your ankle. Swimming is a great way to do cardio but I do get what you mean about not enjoying nature. I'm not sure if biking will be bad for the ankle?Nadiyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16967913155137076812noreply@blogger.com
